Your staff attorney should have a juris doctor, state bar admission and 3 years of prior associate-level experience in a particular area of expertise required. This pro should be paid in the following range: $72,000 – $114,000.

2: Litigation Support Specialist

A litigation support specialist provides technical support for the design, application and implementation of databases used for document reviews, production and eDiscovery projects. This position may require a bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in the field. Their salaries range from about $59,000 to $77,000, depending upon organization size, experience, and geography.

3: Mid-Level Associate

The mid-level associate assists with preparation for hearings and trials, and personal practice planning of a law firm. With a juris doctor, state bar admission and 3-5 years of law firm experience required, this pro typically earns between $107,000 and $288,000.
